**Job Requirements**:

- Grade 12 diploma, plus post-secondary courses in business administration or financial management or equivalent. Preference may be given to applicants with a Diploma or higher in these fields, or completion of Level 1 or 2 of the Financial Management Certificate Program.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience supervising staff, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience working in a professional office in a call center environment delivering a high-volume of customer service.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

- Three (3) or more years experience working in a professional office in a call center environment delivering a high-volume of customer service.
- Collections experience.
