**About us**
Off The Hook Restaurant is a fine dining seafood restaurant on Salt Spring Island, in the Southern Gulf Island of British Columbia. We are located between Vancouver and Victoria and enjoy some of the nicest year-round weather in Canada. We will serve dinner 5 nights a week and lunch 3 days a week. We are a small, collabporateive team, with a great amount of creative freedom and room to innovate.
We have been operating on a take-out basis over the summer but will be launching the full-service, fine dining, restaurant in September.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Mix drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet customers and take drink orders.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure that all alcohol is served responsibly and in accordance with state and local laws.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (preferred)
Shift availability:

Ability to Relocate:
- Salt Spring Island, BC V8K 1C3: Relocate before starting work (required)
