**Annual Wage Range: $37,440 - $56,160**

**Steele Auto Group** is dedicated to helping our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades through every stage of their apprenticeship With our **Road to Red Seal** program, you'll receive **Level Bonuses** and a **Salary Top-Up Plan** to support you as you progress through each apprenticeship block.

**Level Bonuses**:

- Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
- Red Seal: Red Seal Certification Bonus
