In your role, you will:

- Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating, and supervising the activities of ten to fifteen salaried from our Methods groups.
- Be responsible for bid and project management of inloads to the St-Laurent facilitie
- Assume all HR responsibilities of a team, financial management and technology development department and improvements projects.
- Have to coordinate methods activities across internal Bombardier functions.
- Also define and control the processes that link the department with external stakeholders and ensure you provide excellent customer service.
- Also lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- You have experience with detail part manufacturing for aerospace or assembly
- You have project management relevant experience
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college diploma with several years of experience working in a Methods or Quality team.
- You have minimum of five (5) years’ experience
- You have excellent management skills.
- You have knowledge in lean manufacturing.
- You have good judgment, flexibility, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines.
- You have many resources, and you are ready to work in a winning team.
- You have strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge; you demonstrate a certain talent in communication and leadership.
- You have previous project management experience, would be an asset.
