Banquet Server

**Main Functions**:Set up rooms and tables, perform cocktail reception duties, perform meal and beverage service and clearing and clean up duties as assigned.

**Duties**:

- Provide fast, efficient service, anticipating guests needs
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility
- Prepare by reviewing the function sheet for the day
- Set up in compliance with specific requests
- Assess customer condition and limit alcohol consumption
- Perform cocktail reception duties
- Perform meal and beverage service
- Clearing and clean up duties after the function
- Liaise with Supervisor and customers regarding special requests
- Report concerns and/or complaints to Supervisor
- Ensure washrooms are clean and stocked
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Knowledge and implementation of the Cardinal Golf Club House Policy and Alcohol Service Agreement.

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
