**Duties and responsibilities**
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Work and communicate effectively with others
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Read blueprints or work order specifications
- Install metal, composite panels, and various other types of cladding and flashings
- Install various break-shape flashing's, gutters & downspouts
- Install various types of sealant, caulking & air barrier membranes
- Measure and properly layout panels using string lines, measuring tapes, laser levels, and other required tools
- Operate manual and power operated tools to cut, bend, drill, measure, fasten panels and light gauge metal materials
- Willingness to learn and advance within the company
- Previous work experience installing building envelope products an asset

**Abilities**
- Ability to learn and follow safety policy
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and tools
- Ability to use powered hand tools
- Ability to work at heights
- Willingness to work out of town
- Must have a driving license

Fall Arrest, Torch Safety, Fire Extinguisher, Standard First Aid or/and telehandler training/certification considered an asset.
