This position is open for part time or casual hours;
Eligible applicants must have the following **professional credentials**:

- Provincial (MB) Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent Certificate
- Current Criminal Record Check, Child and Adult Abuse Registry Checks
- Three professional references (names and contact information)
- Car is an asset but not mandatory
- Experience is an asset

**Job site**: Private Clients Homes, Nursing homes and Health care facilities

**Set of skills and responsibilities for Health Care Aide position include but are not limited to**:
**Other Skills and Abilities**
- Must be able speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset.
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
- Able to travel from client to client in a timely fashion.
- Drivers with own vehicle will be an asset.
- Passionate about making a difference.
- Described as a self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for own behavior and success.
- Previous care giving experience an asset.
- Able to work independently.

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, repetitive tasks, walking

**Personal Suitability**:punctuality, organisation, effective interpersonal skills, dependability, flexibility, initiative, excellent oral communication, decision making, reliability, team player, client focused etc.

**Job details**:shifts will be assigned on a regular basis based on demand, prescheduled or last minute.

**Hours**: It is a combination of day, evening or night shifts based on your availability. It is an opportunity to work permanent full-time, part-time, or casual hours.

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Health Care Aide Certificate (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evenings
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- On call

COVID-19 considerations:
Safety of our staff is one of our biggest concerns. During the shifts all staff is mandated to wear PPE and practice proper hand hygiene.
