**Bilingual Network and Systems Administrator**
As a member of our Technology Enablement team, your responsibilities will include:

- Defines, designs, implements, tests and maintains high quality services for cloud (Azure/M365), virtualization, server, SANs, VMware, mobility, firewalls, telephony, desktop, network switches and routers and other technology to provide a highly available, reliable and safe enterprise computing environment, using industry best practices.
- Establishes performance and quality standards; monitors the enterprise technology services (internal and external) for optimal quality, performance, service level agreements, as well as, efficiencies and maintains a high level of system availability. Develops strategies to assess, implement and test improvements including patch updates.
- Oversees fluid and dependable operations and system backup for all technology services, including disaster recovery and related technologies, and maintaining up to date documentation.
- Ensures documentation and knowledge bases are kept up to date through methods of continuous improvement as an effective tool for design, support and troubleshooting.
- Assists and provides support for enterprise systems to meet OTIP’s business, security and service level requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Conducts research into leading edge solutions, monitoring technology and industry trends and taking the lead in evaluating new services and techniques.
- Performs or assists with hardware/software installations and upgrades including home offices and relocations as required to support business needs.

- 2 to 5 years’ experience in the administration and support of enterprise infrastructure, with server and storage systems experience with a Microsoft focus, including VMWare.
- Experience with cloud services (Azure or AWS based) and SaaS and IaaS offerings.
- Certifications or equivalent work experience: MS Azure related, MCSE designation; ITIL foundations.
- Familiarity with Internet Information Services (IIS) in a high availability environment.
- Experience with platforms including Windows, SQL Server and other server system products.
- Experience with Windows Server infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, IIS, Active Directory and Exchange and all related services and functions including TCP/IP, Windows clustering, DNS and DHCP. Experience with Azure AD in a hybrid environment.
- Recent experience with server, storage, networking hardware troubleshooting and administration.
- Experience with managing telephony services, including PBX, SIP, PRI, VOIP, ACD, UCaaS, CCaaS, unified messaging technologies. Experience with EngHouse UCB considered an asset.
- Experience with ITIL implementations; specifically with Service Catalogue.
- The ability to work simultaneously on a large number of initiatives and tasks in a highly dynamic and evolving environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities, including project management skills.
- The ability to communicate in French and English.
