**Major Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Clean furniture and fixtures.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.
- Ensure floors and stairwells are cleaned by either sweeping and mopping or using floor scrubbing equipment.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, breakrooms and other common areas.
- Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, microwaves and refrigerators.
- Dust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
- Empty trash cans.
- Clean windows and windowsills.
- Seasonal cleaning as necessary.
- Report supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance.
- Report minor repairs of heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems when discovered.

**Major Requirements and Competencies**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
