You will interact with key internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure timely execution for our customers.

What We’re Looking For

Reporting to the HR Manager, P&C Business Partner will serve as a trusted and collaborative advisor in providing proactive, practical and People & Culture valued practices to business leaders while ensuring alignment with corporate practices, programs, policies, and business initiatives. The strategic Business Partner must possess influential skills in building relationships, diagnosing, advising, coaching, training, and guiding all levels of leadership on People & Culture implications of business decisions.

What You’ll Do- Proactively handle all employee relations issues with staff and management- Keep up-to-date on applicable HR legislation and make recommendations for enhancements to employee handbooks- Work with Managers to coach, discipline and develop employees- Work with Managers on goal development and tracking for employees- Work with Legal team on development of contracts, policies and all employment law matters- Manage exit process including terminations, exit interview and all documentation- Provide guidance and direction to junior level HR team members- Administration and enhancement of existing HR programs- Develop, implement and administer new HR programs- Assist with the development and promotion of the SOTI Employer Brand and Value Proposition, both internally and externally- Work with leadership on process improvements and facilitating changes- Work with members of the HR team on learning and development initiatives, talent acquisition events and projects and other projects as assigned

Experience You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in HR role- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline- Experience with HRIS, strong preference for Workday- Demonstrates a strong knowledge of organizational change, culture transformation process and change management- Ability to prioritize high volume of projects- Ability to manage and complete tasks from start to finish
