L82 Construction East is a heavy civil construction company based out of Brantford Ontario. The areas of work includes the counties of Norfolk, Brant, Haldimand, Oxford, Hamilton, Waterloo, Wellington and Halton. We are specializing in the installation of sewers, watermains and road works as well as site preparation and project management. This organization has grown considerably through the strength of its employees and management, attention to detail and of course, quality workmanship. The work L82 undertakes involve complex issues such as environmental issues, traffic management, public relations erosion and sediment control. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Heavy Equipment Operator/ Sewer Pipe layer/General labor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install underground utilities (sewers and watermain)
- Collaborate with crew members
- Highly motivated
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals on-site

**Requirements**:

- Member of Construction union Local 793 (operators) or Local 837 (Laborers) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Take Direction from management
- Strong Reliability and Punctuality

Pay: $22.00-$34.99 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 52 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
