**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests in a timely and professional manner. Assess guests needs, check in/out, retail sales, passes, etc.
- Stock merchandise shelves
- Housekeeping and laundry
- Pumping gas and filling propane tanks for customers (training will be provided)
- Keeping a clean and safe workspace at all times
- Learning and adhering to all safety and emergency procedures
- Performing all tasks in accordance with established safe work practices and standard operating procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a guest or customer services type role
- Experience with Checkfront, Square, and cash out processes would be an asset.
- Experience in housekeeping would be an asset
- First aid and CPR would be considered an asset
- Must have administration and computer skills
- Must be a team player, have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, and to adapt to the ever-changing situations and needs of the department
- Must be willing to work independently and is self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Exhibit a positive attitude at all times, and promote a positive, energetic workplace environment
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to balance competing priorities
- Positive, constructive attitude

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Haliburton, ON K0M 1S0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
