**Description d'emploi**:

- Maintient le personnel en orientant et en formant les employés, en développant des opportunités de croissance personnelle.
- Maintient le flux de travail en surveillant les étapes du processus, en définissant les variables de traitement, en observant les points de contrôle et l'équipement, en surveillant le personnel et les ressources.
- Complète les calendriers de production, accomplit les résultats du travail, établit les priorités, surveille les progrès, révise les calendriers, résout les problèmes, rapporte les résultats du flux de traitement sur les résumés de production des quarts de travail.
- Maintient un service de qualité en établissant et en appliquant des normes d'organisation.
- Applique le calendrier de production et le communique au directeur de production.
- Applique le nettoyage et l'entretien ménager pour rendre le lieu de travail hygiénique, rangé et sûr
- S'assure que les employés, les sous-traitants externes et les fournisseurs respectent les règles et réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité
- S'assure que le lieu de travail est exempt de risques pour la santé et la sécurité.
- Soutenir toutes les activités de formation des employés sur des sujets tels que BPF, SQF, HACCP, etc.
- Contribuer aux activités d'amélioration continue et d'optimisation des processus, à la réduction des déchets, à l'augmentation de la productivité, de la sécurité et de la qualité.
- S'assure de l'utilisation et de l'entretien appropriés des équipements de production, des outils et des accessoires.
- Effectuer toutes autres activités demandées par le directeur de l'usine.

**Qualifications**:

- BAC en gestion des opérations ou domaine connexe ;
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que superviseur de production;

- Grand souci de la sécurité et de la qualité au travail
- Temps plein (36 heures/jour) payé 40 heures
- Quart de week-end du vendredi au dimanche (12 heures/jour)
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office;
- Bilingue français et anglais;
- Connaissance de l'industrie alimentaire, HACCP Connaissance des normes d'hygiène alimentaire GMP

- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations: planning, monitoring job results, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees, initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
- Maintains staff by orienting and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources.
- Completes production schedules, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Enforces the production schedule and communicates it to the production director.
- Enforces cleaning and housekeeping to make the workplace sanitary, tidy and safe
- Ensures employees, external contractors and suppliers comply with health and safety rules and regulations
- Ensures workplace is free of health and safety hazards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization activities, waste reduction, increase productivity, safety, and quality.
- Ensures proper use and maintenance of production equipment, tools, and accessories.
- Performs all other activities requested by the plant manager.

**Qualifications**:

- BAC in Operations Management or related field;
- 3 - 5 years experience as production supervisor;
**Job Details**:
