Looking for an experienced Bodyshop foreman willing to relocate to Fort Mcmurray

*Responsibilities*
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of shop personnel to ensure productivity and adherence to repair processes
- Review estimates and ensure accurate execution of work.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in all aspects of the repair process.
- Understanding of the estimating systems and insurance procedures.
- Collaborate with the shop and Production manager to meet set timelines for repair completion dates.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in vehicle repair processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.

*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Autobody repair industry.
- Strong knowledge of estimate and insurance processes.
- Proficient in using Bodyshop management software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to perform quality control checks throughout the repair process.

This position is essential for maintaining the operational excellence of our shop while fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development among team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
