**Inventory Management**:
As a greenhouse laborer at LandscapeDirect, your primary responsibilities would revolve around nurturing and maintaining the health of outdoor plants within the greenhouse environment. Here's an outline of your potential job duties:
**Plant Care and Maintenance**:

- Watering plants according to their specific needs.
- Monitoring and adjusting temperature and humidity levels to ensure optimal growth conditions.
- Checking for signs of pests or diseases and taking appropriate measures to control them.
- Pruning and trimming plants to promote healthy growth and maintain desired shapes.

**Inventory Management**:

- Keeping track of plant inventory levels and alerting supervisors when stock needs replenishment.
- Assisting in conducting regular inventory counts and audits.

**General Maintenance**:

- Cleaning and sanitizing greenhouse equipment and work areas to prevent contamination and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Assisting in basic maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment or structures as needed.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspecting plants for quality, ensuring they meet company standards for health and appearance.
- Sorting plants according to size, species, or other criteria for packaging and shipping.

**Packaging and Shipping Support**:

- Assisting in the packaging process by preparing plants for shipment, which may include potting, labeling, and boxing.
- Loading packaged plants onto shipping vehicles or coordinating with shipping personnel for pickup

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
