Shift Supervisior

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team. The Shift supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service during their designated shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts
- Train and onboard new employees
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales

Qualifications:

- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with payroll processes is advantageous

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
