Bookkeeper and Accounting

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Process accounts payable
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Experience with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Ability to handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations
**Salary**: $21.00-$29.48 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
