**What You’ll Do**

As the **Branch Administrator**, you are a key team member in managing the day-to-day office operations of our Woodbridge manufacturing plant. If you enjoy wearing different hats, being involved around the plant, and enjoy taking on side projects, this role would be perfect for you

**Key Relationships**: You will report directly to the Director, Manufacturing of our Woodbridge facility. You’ll also work collaboratively with our Woodbridge office and production team members.

At a high-level, your day-to-day will include:

- General office management (e.g. phone reception, mail, supply and inventory)
- Oversight for all recruitment and onboarding of new Woodbridge team members (be the first to say hello)
- Coordinate training sessions for our production team and new hires
- Create, process, and monitor all purchase orders, and follow up with vendors as needed
- Manage employee timecards and assist with payroll/benefit questions
- Plan and coordinate all branch events (e.g. safety milestones, holidays, celebrations, etc.)
- Support Metrie corporate programs (e.g. Community Impact Program, Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity)

**Who You Are**
- Have proven experience as an Office Administrator, Admin Assistant, or similar role
- Are highly organized and love working with a variety of people
- Have strong time management and prioritization skills

It would be an added bonus if you have:

- An interest in safety and manufacturing
- Previous experience in recruiting and onboarding new hires

**How to Apply?**

In adherence to the principle of pay transparency, we are pleased to disclose the base pay for this full-time position at Metrie. The base pay range for this role is set at $55,000 - $65,000 per year. The specific base pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, experience and qualifications. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location.
