The Courtyard Cafe is currently seeking a Breakfast Cook to work the Breakfast Buffet at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Prepare dishes as needed for breakfast buffet
- Ensure quality of food and determine food portions
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Maintain a high-paced environment in the kitchen
- Work with specialized cooking equipment
- Keeping food waste to a minimum
- Clean kitchen and work station

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset
- Must be available mornings, weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written direction in English
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional organization and time management skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
