**Job Description** THE ROLE**

As an Audio Visual Project Manager, you'll orchestrate the seamless execution of AV projects from inception to completion. This includes budget control, vendor & contractor negotiations, and day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure timely delivery within budget.

As the primary client liaison, you create strong relationships and ensure everything is being delivered according to expectations. Much of your work will be behind-the-scenes, but your skill and effort pay off each time your client is delighted with the experience and outcome.

**WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED**
- Lead intricate, cross-functional AV initiatives with precision, leveraging data-driven insights to drive informed decisions.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, embodying their vision and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
- Navigate project complexities adeptly, removing obstacles, managing priorities, and fostering clarity amidst ambiguity.
- Champion continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to refine processes and elevate project outcomes.

**Qualifications** WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience in AV, construction, or technology sectors, with a solid grasp of AV infrastructure and systems.
- Proven track record in overseeing multi-site, multi-floor AV projects.
- You are a natural leader and hands-on team player.
- Ability to read people and the room really well. You know when to change plans and you’ll positively coach the project team through it.
- You have extensive Microsoft Project experience. PMP certification would be an asset.

- Annual salary: $100,000 - $110,000 CAD
- 3 weeks of paid vacation in your first year, with additional days accrued for tenure.
