**What we’re looking for**:
**In your day-to-day you will be responsible for**:

- Act as the T.A practice lead, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to leverage state-of-the-art hiring technologies effectively.
- Collaborate with a Sourcer, T.A. coordinator and the HR and the rest of the HR team to define, develop, and execute innovative recruitment strategies that align with the company's objectives and needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement the latest hiring technologies, including AI-driven tools, automation software, and other platforms to streamline the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement a strong Talent Acquisition process. Work with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure the process is being followed.
- Analyze data and metrics derived from hiring technologies to enhance recruitment strategies, making data-driven decisions to improve hiring processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in the recruitment technology landscape.
- Create and manage detailed reports and presentations on the team's performance, technology effectiveness, and progress toward recruitment goals

**What you must have**:

- Post Secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. or certifications in HR or Equivalent experience and education in Recruitment (agency and/or corporate)
- Proven experience (8 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on utilizing advanced hiring technologies to improve processes and outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Exceptional analytical skills, able to interpret and leverage data to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence and manage the hiring process and hiring managers/stakeholders in decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen understanding of employer branding and its impact on recruitment.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada or U.S.A.
