**What You Will Do**:

- Working closely to support your Business Development Representative in the design phase of the build process if needed
- Listening to and understanding client needs, offering solutions and support tools when necessary
- Entering project details and data into our CRM
- Presenting and delivering information and support received through the telephone and information line
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions as project progresses
- Working closely with the client and Business Development Team when closing projects through the purchasing process
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of Inside Sales experience
- High attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Google Suite and CRM/Construction Lead Platform experience is preferred.
- An interest in or knowledge of the building envelope and architectural channels
