Naval Reserves

We are looking for individuals interested in becoming Financial Services Administrators (FSA) to join our unit here at HMCS QUEEN. FSA's provide financial assistance and budget resources support to all military activities. They are employed at all Forces bases in Canada, on ships, and overseas, in support of Royal Canadian Navy, Army or Royal Canadian Air Force operations. They may also work with medical organizations, recruiting offices, training schools, Reserve units, NATO/UN positions, specialized units throughout the Forces, and base financial counselling. Special opportunities are also available with embassies in countries where Canada has a military attaché. Important: This is a military position.

Primary FSA Duties:

- Process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting

**Minimum Eligibility Requirements**:

- 16-56 Years of age;
- minimum education: grade 10 ; and
- Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
