RVH is currently recruiting a **permanent, full time Financial Analyst** to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst assists the Manager, Financial Services with accounting duties as it relates to reconciling accounts, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for all Hospital, hospital affiliates and hospital programs, year-end file preparation, and any other financial duties that may arise.

The pay scale of this position is $37.67 - $43.76.
The qualifications for this role include:
- College business diploma or University business undergraduate degree required
- Accounting designation from an accredited institution would be an asset.
- Minimum of five years accounting experience, preference will be given to healthcare experience.
- Computer skills including Excel (spreadsheet) and Word (word-processing).
- Experience with CCIM/Dynamics/Great Plains would be an asset
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented atmosphere with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and to perform duties within the physical demands of work area
Pay: $37.67-$43.76 per hour
