Farm Worker

We are a thriving agricultural enterprise in Ontario, committed to sustainable farming practices and ensuring the highest quality of produce and livestock. We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Farm Workers to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various tasks related to crop cultivation, including planting, harvesting, and irrigation.
- Engage in livestock care, ensuring the health and well-being of animals.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
- Participate in general farm maintenance activities.
- Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve daily and seasonal goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and farm policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year full-time verifiable work experience in farming, either in Canada or overseas.
- Knowledge and experience in both harvest and livestock management are preferred.
- Comfortable speaking English to facilitate effective communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
