As Accounting & Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing accounting and finance support as well as manage the full cycle for Supplier Commissions billings and Chargeback process for various business units within Canada

**This contract is 12 months in duration. Hybrid work arrangement (1 to 2 days a week in office)**

Department: Finance

Reports To: Senior Manager, Finance

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage commissions billings for various business units
- Coordinate and maintain the full cycle for supplier chargeback process
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers
- Maintain master data records within SAP including inventory, customers and vendors
- Generate monthly reports on overall business performance
- Assist in preparing schedules to support government filings including monthly HST returns
- Create accurate and timely analysis as requested by the business
- Additional ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance
- 1-2 yrs. experience in Accounting & Finance
- Sound technical accounting background
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
