Preschool Soccer Coach

**Job Summary**

Our Coaches must be imaginative, as we teach kids 18 months to 7 years old basic soccer skills through creative games while pretending to be Superheros, Silly Monkeys, Pirates and MORE

Pay ranges from $15.00 - $17.00/hr based on role and experience

**Qualities to be Successful**:

- REALLY outgoing, confident personality with a strong presence
- Quick thinker, 100% reliable and a good team player
- Understand how to engage young children
- Previous coaching/childcare experience
- Ability to lead children through session plans & find your inner child to be playful and fun
- Have excellent verbal communication skills to engage both children during classes and parents in progress discussions
- Able and willing to take ownership of role
- Organized and good sense of time management
- Having own vehicle is an asset

**Physical Requirements**:

- Be physically fit to both demonstrate and coach soccer training drills
- Able to lift equipment bag 30-50lbs

**The Role is Part-Time**:

- We are hiring to start training immediately
- Consistent availability on weekends is a must with very few dates booked off/year
- We offer from 3-15 hrs per week.
- For those interested, we do run YEAR ROUND and are growing rapidly, so there is an opportunity to grow with us

**Upon Hire, the following will be required**:

- Valid criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Valid & completed First Aid Certification
- Written character references
- **Please indicate if you would be driving to classes as we need some of our coaches to be equipment holders.**_

Licenses or certifications:

- First Aid & CPR Level C (required)
