**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives in buying or selling dental practices.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the value and marketability of dental practices.
- Develop marketing materials and listings to promote available practices to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Manage documentation and paperwork associated with practice acquisitions and sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the brokerage process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting dental practice transitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional service to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate, business brokerage, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Business and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the dental industry and practice transitions is a plus.
- Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
