Harris HCG est à la recherche de consultants talentueux et motivés en implémentation de logiciels pour rejoindre notre équipe de services professionnels, en installant notre produit Flex.. Vous aurez l’occasion de travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide en gérant plusieurs projets simultanés. Les responsabilités comprennent la conception du système, la création de livrables du projet, la formation et la conception du flux de travail des clients et la configuration de la base de données. Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein avec des avantages sociaux, y compris une généreuse police de vacances, et une assurance maladie, dentaire, vie et invalidité

Tâches:

- Développer et maintenir une connaissance de bout en bout solide et précise des processus opérationnels et des procédures applicables.
- Gérer les activités pour produire des résultats positifs sur plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Faciliter la collecte des exigences des flux de travail des clients pour terminer la conception du système.
- Appuyer les principales activités de mise en œuvre du projet.
- Travailler en collaboration pour évaluer l’impact des demandes de changement à des fins d’estimation des efforts et de planification de la capacité.
- Former les clients sur l’utilisation du logiciel grâce à l’utilisation d’une variété de plates-formes
- Utilisez un système CRM pour le suivi et la résolution des problèmes.

Les autres tâches sont les suivantes:

- Aider à la surveillance des problèmes ou des escalades liés au projet et élaborer des stratégies d’intervention et des mesures pour résoudre les problèmes.
- Assurez-vous que notre organisation est équipée pour répondre aux demandes des clients.
- Travailler avec l’équipe de projet pour assurer les livrables à temps pour l’ensemble du projet.
- Comprendre les objectifs commerciaux et les processus des systèmes actuels et comment les clients peuvent utiliser ces éléments.
- Comprendre et atteindre les objectifs de l’unité commerciale en ce qui concerne la mise en œuvre, les revenus et les mesures de performance.

- BS ou diplôme supérieur dans un domaine clinique
- Expérience de flux de travail sur le marché québécois
- Capacité de se rendre sur le site du client - 50% - 70%
- L’expérience Flex précédente est un bonus

Harris HCG is seeking talented and motivated Software Implementation Consultants to join our Professional Services team, installing our Flex Product.. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects. Responsibilities include system design, creation of project deliverables, training and customer workflow design and database configuration. Job Tasks:

- Develop and maintain robust and accurate end-to-end knowledge of business processes and applicable procedures.
- Manage activities to produce successful results on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Facilitate the requirements gathering of customer workflows to complete the system designs.
- Support key project implementation activities.
- Work collaboratively to assess impact of change requests for effort estimation and capacity planning purposes.
- Train the customers on the use of the software through the use of a variety of platforms
- Utilize a CRM system for issues tracking and resolution.

Other Tasks include:

- Assist in the monitoring of project-related issues or escalations and build response strategies and actions to address issues.
- Ensure our organization is equipped to respond to customer inquiries.
- Work with the project team to ensure on time deliverables for the entire project.
- Understand the business objectives and processes of current systems and how the customers can use these items.
- Understand and meet Business Unit goals with regard to implementation, revenue, and performance metrics.

What we are looking for:

- Bilingual - French and English
- BS or higher degree in a Clinical field
- Workflow experience in the Quebec market
- Ability to travel to the client site - 50% - 70%
- Previous Flex experience is a bonus
