**Available Position: Shipper/Receiver**

MacKay’s Truck & Trailer Center is growing, and we are currently seeking a permanent full-time Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Truro, Nova Scotia. MacKay’s is a well-established family-owned business with over 40 years experience operating full-line Truck, Trailer & Compact Equipment dealerships, with locations in Truro & Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island as well as Moncton, New Brunswick. This position requires an individual who demonstrates a commitment to excellence in customer service, inventory skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task is a must. Previous experience in shipping/receiving and solid computer skills is a definite asset.

Responsibilities include:

- Shipping/Receiving daily incoming and outgoing orders;
- Unloading and loading of parts onto trucks;
- Rotational inventory counting;
- Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays;
- Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly;
- Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Manager;
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers or businesses in a safe, timely manner;
- Other duties as required.

Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license.
