Entering Applications in Filogix and/or Velocity
Figure out the appropriate lender for each client's needs
Collecting documentation from clients and submitting to lenders.
Preparing paperwork for signing.
Keeping files up to date.
Willing to work 10am to 3pm or Full time
Other duties as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Mortgage Underwriting: 3 years (required)
