Must be licensed,or will be upon the successful completion of exam, and currently enrolled in the Real Estate Licensing course.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide opinions about the value of homes and property.
- Negotiate home sales.
- Oversee legal aspects of home sales.
- Review contracts.
- Work on commission basis.
- Analyze real estate data.
- Help clients find new homes.
- Help clients find homes to resell.
