**Position Purpose**:Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

**Responsibilities***:

- Providing daily cleaning of the 150,000 sq ft facility through sweeping, dusting, mopping vacuuming, and removal of trash.
- Use of riding sweeper and scrubber.
- Spill containment and cleaning as required.
- Cleaning bathrooms regularly; maintain the supply of soap, toilet paper, and towels.
- Performing specialized cleaning duties as required by AIB.
- Daily recordkeeping of tasks performed as detailed on ‘Master Cleaning Schedule'.
- Reading and comprehending Martial Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for approved cleaning products.
- Reporting to the supervisor any security or safety concerns observed in the workplace.
- Cleaning in a cooler (36°F) and / or freezer (-10°F) environment.
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.

- Relevant experiences in similar positions.
- Work in high pace environment.
- Ability to work independently and complete appointed tasks.
- Food Safety experience would be an benefit.
- Proven ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and careful manner.
- Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow all established procedures and regulations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed is preferred.
- Experience using a Walkie and forklift is an asset.

**Physical Demands &Working Conditions**:

- Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 10 lbs. regularly, up to 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
- Physical ability to handle objects, tools, and/or controls.
- Physical ability to stand for a significant period of time and walk continuously.
- Physical ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or crawl.
- May require the ability to operate and/or be certified on various powered equipment.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment which will expose the incumbent to a variety of noise and potential extremes in temperature.

**Preferred Qualifications**

This is a 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shift, Monday to Friday.
