**Le poste en un coup d’œil**

Financial Institutions Coverage (FIC) est un groupe de couverture mondial spécialisé dans le secteur des institutions financières.

Le FIC vise à établir des relations à long terme avec les principaux clients et à mieux comprendre la stratégie et les objectifs des clients afin de fournir des idées et des solutions originales et intégrées.

Au sein de la FIC, l'équipe de crédit du FIC est chargée de terminer l'analyse de crédit pour les clients des institutions financières (y compris la diligence raisonnable au besoin).

En particulier, l'équipe veille à ce que l'analyse de crédit et les recommandations soient fournies en temps opportun pour les banques, les assurances, les fonds souverains, les courtiers, les autres institutions financières non bancaires, les fonds de pension, les fonds, les fonds de couverture, les fonds réglementés, les fonds des fonds de couverture, les arrangements d'agence et les gestionnaires d'actifs.

L'équipe de crédit effectue une analyse de crédit et présente des recommandations de crédit sur leur périmètre respectif aux Comités de crédit, aux Comités d'approbation des transactions lorsque l'opinion de crédit sur une contrepartie spécifique est requise, à d'autres entités RISK, Entités Opérationnelles ou fonctions en réponse aux demandes de renseignements généraux, aux Comités d'examen du portefeuille.

L'équipe de crédit
- Garantit la qualité des dossiers et portefeuilles de crédit (notamment en respectant le cadre réglementaire par exemple les exigences de Bâle III et incluant les politiques de crédit, les politiques de notation et autres directives Groupe)
- Développe l'intelligence de marché locale en effectuant des recherches sur dossier (analyse des états financiers, suivi des recherches publiées)
- Garantit la sélection et le suivi des contreparties considérées comme douteuses, sous Watch List ou sensibles, évalue le niveau précis de provisionnement
- Maintient un réseau de contacts d'affaires et effectuer une due diligence sur place, garantit que les informations disponibles sur le marché local et les vues sur les questions de risque sont communiquées rapidement et efficacement

L'équipe de crédit est un partenaire important des agents de crédit expérimentés et leurs binômes d'affaires pour les clients couverts par le processus de crédit des institutions financières et est en interaction permanente avec d'autres secteurs d'activité pour les clients non couverts.

**Dans le détail**
- Préparer et présenter des examens annuels du crédit et de nouvelles demandes aux comités de crédit
- Ce processus comprend une analyse complète de la contrepartie et une comparaison avec ses pairs, une recommandation de notation à l'aide de modèles de notation internes et l'expression de l'opinion sur le crédit.
- Analyser les marchés de capitaux et les transactions bancaires avec les fonds réglementés et les directeurs d’agences.
- Marchés de capitaux : produits dérivés (swaps, devises, crédits et dérivés actions), pensions, prêts de titres, services de premier ordre.
- Services bancaires aux entreprises : opérations de financement du commerce d'importation et d'exportation et participations à des prêts syndiqués.
- Coordonner tous les aspects du processus de risque de crédit en liaison avec Coverage, Métier et autres Fonctions.
- Examiner les excès d'exposition de contrepartie sur les établissements financiers signalés par l'équipe de contrôle des risques de crédit.
- Coordonner avec le service juridique l’exécution de la documentation juridique en fournissant des termes sensibles au crédit.
- Examiner toute la documentation juridique lors de l’examen annuel, s’assurer que tous les documents nécessaires sont en place (y compris les garanties) et connaître les produits couverts par l’ISDA/CSA, PSA/ISMA et la SLMA.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables des relations, les traders, les responsables des risques de marché, les juristes et les opérationnels pour structurer les transactions afin d'atténuer les diverses formes de risque.
