**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cocktail Crafting**:Create exceptional cocktails that reflect Wei Bar's commitment to quality and innovation.
Stay updated on the latest mixology trends and bring fresh ideas to the bar.

**Upselling**:Engage with patrons to provide personalized recommendations and upsell premium beverages.
Enhance the overall customer experience through attentive service and suggestive selling.

**Cleanliness**:Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in the bar area, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.
Regularly clean and sanitize bar tools, glassware, and workstations.

**Square POS Operation**:Utilize the Square POS system with accuracy and efficiency for order processing and inventory management.
Stay proficient in updating menus and promotions within the POS system.

**Atmosphere Creation**:Collaborate with the team to contribute to a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in organizing and executing special events or promotions to enhance the Wei Bar experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a high-end or innovative bar setting.
- Extensive knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with patrons.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Square POS system is advantageous.
- **Valid Smart Serve Certification.**
