St Albert, Canada JP Property Maintenace Full time

JP Property Maintenance is a Landscaping company concentrating on residential projects. We have been operating in the Edmonton area for 2 years and are currently staffing for our upcoming season. Our scope of work includes the design and construction of: Hardscaping, Softscaping, and Grounds maintenance.
- Have a valid Class 5 Driver's License (A clean driving record is a benefit because there are company vehicles that may be used from time to time).
- Have a high school diploma (students still welcomed)
- Have their own for of transportation to reliably get to sites around the Edmonton area
- Having your own truck capable of hauling materials and or trailer would be an asset. Compensation for driving would be given.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn & teach
- Be responsible and reliable with a good workplace attitude.
- Have great customer service skills
- Have good leadership skills
- Be flexible
- Enjoy working outside

Employment is full time, throughout the week with most weekends off. Opportunities for extra optional weekend work if so desired. Pay is depending on experience. Wages are competitive with ample room for advancement. Projected start times are mid to late April depending on weather. **Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Albert, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
