**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information on the clinic's services, including physiotherapy, chiropractic, and other healthcare specialties
- Follow up with patients to ensure they attend their scheduled appointment
- Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and appointments

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and convince patients to come in for our services
- Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus
- Familiarity with scheduling and appointment systems is preferred

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- STOUFFVILLE, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
