Shim Law is looking for a Family / Civil Litigation Lawyer. Be eligible to practice in Alberta with post call relevant legal experience required.
- Be able to serve our clients and is interested in establishing your legal practice with Shim Law;
- Is strongly entrepreneurial in sourcing for clients.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills;
- Working with and advising clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various legal issues;
- Developing an innovative approach to legal issues in support of strategic business initiatives and objectives with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement;
- Experience with and ability to handle any practice area of your choice;
- A willingness to take initiative in running your own files, and managing your own client base; and
- An eagerness to take on new initiatives to advance skills and knowledge.
