Crew Leader

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of landscape maintenance professionals and ensuring the successful completion of various projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a crew of landscape maintenance workers
- Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members
- Ensure that all work is completed according to established quality standards
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting
- Irrigate plants and lawns as needed
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Assist with the construction of hardscapes, such as patios or retaining walls

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of various plants, trees, and gardening techniques
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance crew leader: 4 years (required)
