Quest Audio Visual Inc. is looking for One (1) Warehouse Supervisor to perform the following duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of AV equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns, including inspections and quality checks.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff.
- Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Assist in the selection and onboarding of new warehouse team members.
- Requisition supplies and materials
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work
**Ø Salary**: $25 per hour; 40 hours per week
Ø Permanent, Full-Time
**Ø Start date**: immediately
**Ø Benefits**: Basic Health and Dental benefits
**Requirements**:
- Education: Post-secondary diploma or above in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience: minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Familiarity with AV equipment and technology is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
