Overview:
**Duties**:

- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize SaaS platforms, such as Salesforce, to track client interactions and progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities for clients
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related fields
- Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions
- Proven track record in sales or customer relationship management

Pay: $21.59 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
