**What we need**
- Reporting to the Wellness Ambassador, the Ritual Supervisor will be responsible for taking the Ritual experience to the next level to ensure our customers have a memorable experience in our spa village. Our guests will experience rituals such as the Classic Aufguss, the Discovery Aufguss, the Sensory Aufguss and the Arboreal. The ritual supervisor will act as a ritual ambassador in our spa village.

**What you’ll do**Provide daily instruction and supervision to ritual artisans.-
- Support the daily activities of the Rituals Department-
- Ensure the smooth opening and closing of the site, ensuring cleanliness and safety.-
- Participate in the integration, development and training of Aufguss and Rituals.-
- Participate in the procurement process and inventory of ritual needs.-
- Modify work schedules, plan daily processes and ritual calendar.-
- Perform daily rituals and treatments for our spa guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.-
- Participate in approving ritual artisans' song choices for Aufguss programming.-
- Promote active employee engagement to ensure established standards are met or exceeded.-
- Lead, guide and inspire your team; a team of true ritual artists who provide daily rituals and treatments to our spa guests and ensure they have an unforgettable experience.-
- Ensure the ongoing development and training of your team-
- Ensure that the customer experience is impeccable, in line with the standards dictated by our brand.-
- Perform all other related tasks.**What is the profile needed **in order to** be successful**Two (2) years' experience in the wellness, hotel or tourism sector;-
- Bilingualism essential (French/English) given that nearly 75% of our customers are English-speaking;-
- One (1) year experience in team management (an asset);-
- Affinity with nature and a taste for the study of herbs and plants;-
- Interest in the use of essential oils, tree branches and singing bowls;-
- Interest in a healthy lifestyle and in the world of well-being in general;-
- Ability to maintain good relations with customers and employees;-
- Enjoy caring for people by making them happy through your experiences and rituals ;-
- Agility and good problem-solving skills;-
- Good physical health: tolerance of working in a very hot environment;-
- Curiosity in learning new skills and ability to speak and perform in front of an audience.**Salary**:
Based on the pay scale and benefits in effect at **Nordik Spa-Nature.**

**Work Schedule**

40 hours a week. 12 months fixed term contract.
