The Maintenance Lawn Technician is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks in order to maintain lawns.

**Landscape Maintenance Lawn Technician**

**Reports to**: Management

**Job Duties**:

- Aid in the loading/unloading of trucks in the AM and PM
- Responsible for mowing and line trimming lawns
- Lawn aeration, liming, fertilization
- Operate mowers, blowers, line trimmers, aerator, power rake and other landscape maintenance equipment
- Utilize daily time tracking through app
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Comply with all company policies
- Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
- Communicate with customers in a friendly manner
- Help to maintain locker cleanliness

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Physically fit with strong stamina
- Ability to follow safe working procedures
- Excellent observational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Drivers License - Class 5

**Work Conditions**:

- Job requires ability to work with hand tools and small engine equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, noise, and cold

**Pay**:

- $26 - 28 per hour, depending on experience
- Benefits package after 3 months

/ Part-time: Job is part time 3 days a week, unless full time is requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Lawn Mowing: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
