**Job Description**:
**Role Summary**

The Laura Canada Sales Associate provides exemplary customer service to every client, has strong fashion awareness, is knowledgeable about our product and develops long-term relationships with customers.

**Critical Functions**

**1. Customer Service**
- Provides exemplary customer service by following the Laura Canada service standards.
- Drives sales by assessing the unique needs of customers and adding on in accordance with the Laura Canada service standards.
- Demonstrates strong wardrobing skills by assessing the unique needs of customers and keeping current on product knowledge, new arrivals, location of merchandise and fashion trends.
- Promotes the website, store CRM, loyalty program and marketing initiatives/events in place.
- Executes all P.O.S. (Point of Sale) procedures accurately and efficiently (i.e. no sales, refunds, customer orders, etc.), as required.

- Conducts oneself in a professional manner.
- Open to feedback and implements change in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates initiative on an ongoing basis.

Le conseiller de vente de Laura Canada offre un service à la clientèle exemplaire à chaque cliente, connaît bien la mode et notre marchandise, et développe des relations durables avec les clientes.

**Fonctions critiques**

**1. Service à la clientèle**
- Offre un service à la clientèle exemplaire en suivant les normes du service de Laura Canada.Stimule les ventes en évaluant les besoins uniques des clientes et en faisant des ajouts aux ventes en fonction des normes du service de Laura Canada.
- Démontre de bonnes aptitudes dans la création d’une garde-robe en évaluant les besoins uniques des clientes et en étant au courant des nouveautés, des connaissances sur le produit, de l’emplacement de la marchandise et des tendances de la mode.
- Développe efficacement des relations avec les clientes en utilisant les outils de développement de la clientèle de Laura Canada.
- Fait la promotion du site Web, du G.R.C. du magasin, du programme de fidélisation et des initiatives/événements de marketing en place.
- Effectue avec précision et efficacité toutes les procédures P.D.V. (ex. : ventes nulles, remboursements, commandes client, etc.), au besoin.

**Exigences**
- Expérience dans la vente au détail de préférence
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et entregent
- Se conduire de façon professionnelle.
- Capacité d’accepter les commentaires et d’apporter rapidement des changements
- Faire preuve d’initiative sur une base continuelle.
- Attitude positive et confiante
- Passion de continuer à apprendre, à s'épanouir et à s'adapter
- Français ou anglais, selon le cas
