**What you will do**:
The **DevOps Specialist** plays a vital role in bringing together our development and operations. Their meticulous approach ensures that there is continuity in integration and deployment all while insuring expert automation and secure code infrastructure.

The **DevOps Specialist** brings our integrative IT team to a new level by upholding our commitment to delivering reliable and seamless technology, contributing to a cohesive and forward-thinking team environment, minimizing errors and optimizing workflows.

**Our current tech stack includes** AWS services (ECS, EC2, CloudFront, Cloudwatch, Cloudformation, Lambda, API Gateway, ELB) and the following programming languages C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement and maintain automated infrastructure
- Collaborate with Dev team to ensure CI/CD best practices are followed
- Establish monitoring and optimization of infrastructure to further automate
- Implement security best practices in the design and development of IaC (AWS CDK, Terraform)
- Respond promptly to infrastructure-related incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
- Create and maintain a clear, comprehensive, and concise documentation for the infrastructure design, configuration, process and procedures
- Participate in QA and foster5 a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility
- Facilitate knowledge sharing with the Dev Team by being a resource and mentor to junior members

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Minimum of university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- Minimum of **3 (three) years’** experience in a similar DevOps role
- Bilingualism is essential (French and English) for supporting our operations outside of Quebec.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Proficient in C#/.NET, GoLang, TypeScript
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline development (Jetbrains TeamCity, Github Actions, Circle CI, Jenkins)
- Experience with JavaScript (React and Node)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
