Philips Canada is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Paralegal to join its Legal & Compliance team. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, the Paralegal plays an important role in ensuring Philips Canada’s operations are compliant with local laws.

**The Paralegal role**:

- supports corporate governance, immigration, ethics investigations, litigation, marketing, advertising and product package reviews and other legal and compliance files;
- provides legal and compliance research and advice; and
- is a member of a 5 person Philips Canada Legal & Compliance department, and larger Philips global legal network, with a focus on accountability, interesting work, teamwork, collegiality and work-life balance.

**You're the right fit if**:

- You have a Paralegal or similar degree in the legal field;
- You’ve acquired 2+ years of relevant work experience;
- You are bilingual (French/English);
- You have good time management, organizational and prioritization skills; and
- You are resourceful, collaborative and willing to learn and grow.

**Additional Information**
