**Job Overview**:
Join our team as a Shingle Foreman at Pelzer and Picano Roofing where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects. We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in construction management and a strong ability to supervise subcontractors effectively.

**Duties**:

- Supervise subcontractors on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project schedules
- Utilize construction management software
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities accurately
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Assist in construction estimating processes to support project planning

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in supervising subcontractors within the construction industry
- Proficiency in using construction management software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure project integrity
- Experience in construction estimating to support project planning

**Experience**:

- construction: 2 years (preferred)
