We have a small team of dedicated employees who we consider family. We are seeking a mature, motivated, reliable individual to be a part of our team as our retail store grows.

As a sales associate with K’Boodle, we’ll encourage you to take extra time to understand our customer’s needs and provide an amazing customer service experience. Essentially, you’ll be helping us build strong “long-term relationships” with our customers. Having a great sense of our brand and products along with an understanding of handmade products will really help you succeed.

We’re looking for someone who works well with others yet is also motivated by sales.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide engaging and helpful customer service
- Delight customers with product knowledge
- Create excitement about new products or sales
- Listen to customers and provide useful and appropriate recommendations
- Work with the team on your shift to maintain stock and keep the store near and organized
- Work the cash to handle purchases
- Other duties as required

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:

- 1 year or more experience in a sales or customer service role
- Available to work all shifts
- Must have a friendly and upbeat personality
- Professionalism at all times is required
- Experience with processing POS (point of sale) purchases is also required

We are looking to hire quickly for this position. Successful applicants will be requested to interview on Friday March 10th.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Flexible Language Requirement:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work setting:

- Specialty store

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belleville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
