**What can you expect in this role?**
- Work with the team to support and maintain Collibra environments (Development and Production) as an Administrator
- Work on initiatives to convert local jobserver to Edge
- Experience with connecting data sources to Data Governance tools (ie. Cognos, DB2, Oracle, Google Cloud, etc) would be an asset
- Support and maintain a stable and scalable Collibra technology portfolio in relation to data and reporting services - aligned with Enterprise Data Office (EDO) goals and enterprise and IT standards.
- Accountable for the overall quality of the Collibra technical solutions, working collaboratively with stakeholders across business and Collibra support technology teams seeking opportunities to improve quality of data and reporting services and demonstrate commitment to operational excellence for all deliverables.
- Coordinates day-to-day team efforts and priorities and ensures alignment with management direction and decisions.
- Works with the team on continuous improvement efforts focused on process, standards and tools within the data and reporting function.
- Technical Specialists are part of a professional field that generally require formal education, certification and/or relevant experience in the technical area of specialty.

**What do you bring to the role?**
- Knowledge of Data Governance system environments - Specific Collibra knowledge would be an asset.
- Good understanding of SQL functionality within multiple databases: DB2, Oracle, Hive/Impala, Google Cloud, etc...
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, Policy administration, role-based access security management as they relate to Collibra.
- Understanding of Hadoop Stack including HDFS, Hive, HBase, Impala.
- Demonstrated experience in system performance management techniques and performance-related system level tuning as related to Collibra administration.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) pipeline and tools like Jenkins, GIT.
- Mulesoft development experience would be an asset.
