Reporting to the Replenishment Manager, the Customer Service and Replenishment Administrator will act as the main resource for entering orders and support in an extremely fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job

**Responsibilities**:
General administrative duties including:

- entering purchase orders via EDI system to major retailers nationally;
- analyzing statistical data regarding Logistics, Sales, and Shipping; and
- updating data on sales projections.

Scheduling meetings with other departments.

Assisting Replenishment Manager with responses to customer concerns.

Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with MS office.
